My BBB, my love...

Mm I dunno whether I should post it here to allow others to see, but this post is specially dedicate to my silly but cute girlfriend, BBB.

This morning I tried to rush to her house, to pick her up as usual. Usually, I would walk in, XO her, before picking up the latest TODAY to read for the latest news. But when I walked in this morning, she was still sitting there 'stoning', and haven eat her breakfast?!!!

I was quite furious, as she's always blur (well, I love her anyway), she I filled up her bottle with drinking water for her and asked her to consume her breakfast quickly. I sat down at the sofa and was flipping to the last page (last page was soccer, which I usually read it 1st) when my girlfriend says it's time to go. Well, I was unhappy a bit lah...

Inside the car while I was driving, my girlfriend asked me why I looked so grumpy (face black black), I joked with her that I haven read the paper, thats why bad mood. Well naturally, she was petty and turn away from me (joking with me of course!). When reached her destination, she didn't even kiss me goodbye, so I asked her why. She replied:'Bu Shuang lah!' (unhappy). I was driving and laughing all the way till I reached camp.

In the evening when I picked her up, she wrote me a '10 analysis questions', and I was laughing happily when I read it. One of the sentence goes:

Which you prefer to see every morning?

Carrine (my girlfriend lah) answer; No, I'm not the one, sob sob.

The newspaper says; Yes, without seeing me you'll get upset.

Well, she really makes my day, hope I can get a lot more from her everyday.

WAB Buses, is there a need?

On 1st Nov 2007, SBS Transit launched their newest addition to their fleet, Scania K230UB. SBST purchased a total of 500 of these buses, to replace their outgoing old models, Volvo B10M MKII, Scania N113CRB and Mercedes Benz O405, purchased between 1988 and 1992. These K230UB, are single-deck Wheelchair Accessible Buses (WABs), which means Passenger-In-Wheelchair (PIW) can board these buses. A maximum of 2 PIWs can board the bus at the same time, which is quite difference from k230UB predecessor, the Volvo B9TL Double Decker WAB Bus, which can only accomodate 1 PIW.

The Volvo B9TL Double-Decker WAB Bus was launched on 26 Jun 2006, the aim is to allow PIW to be able to have another alternative public transport other than MRT train and cab. To date, I've never seen a PIW on board before, which actually sadden me as SBST keep on increasing their fares in order to purchase these buses, but was not fully utilized. To even make thing worse, SBST have installed TV Mobile on some of these B9TL WABs (SVC147), directly on top of the PIW destinated area! Which PIW will dare to take these buses, with other passengers looking at his/ her direction?

Most of all, is there a need to have WAB Buses, since no PIW was in sight on these buses?

Happy times, again...

Recently, both me and my girlfriend was so happy. Unexplainable reason though, but our mood was very high, and we're so loving that I felt that we're as if back to our first love feeling.

It all started when my girlfriend was given holiday off on Friday, 12th Oct 2007 (13th Oct 2007 is Hari Raya Puasa). I secretly took mc and wanted to surprise her, but she surprised me instead by saying her hair rebonding appointment was at 11am. So I've to tell her the truth that I'm not working and we'll have breakfast before her appointment.










When I reach her place, she was in cloud 9 when she saw me. I felt so lucky when she rush over to give me a hug, at the same time, I gave her a kiss. We have breakfast after that and I accompany her to the salon, but never wait for her there as rebonding will take approximately 3-4hours. Then after her rebonding, we went to Mac to have our lunch. We're talking and laughing during our meal, and we really talk alot.














We later went to Bugis Junction to walk walk and watch movie. We really hug each other tight while walking, and blocking everybodys' way on that day, ke ke. And not just hug tight while walking, but inside the cinema too (but never block others view this time).















Then, our love love sweet sweet story continues on Sunday, 14th Oct 2007, which is our 55th Monthsary. Some must me wondering what's a monthsary. Anniversay is annually, where monthsary means monthly. I brought her to my house, which I wanted to give her a surprise by asking her to put her hand into my fi.sh tank. All my fish starts nibbling on her hands! Actually all those fishes are a type of fish named Garra Rufa, which fed mainly on dead skin of a person, which therefore enhance the growth of new skin. She was having fun with it, and she keep on laughing.















Then, I brought her to my grandmother's house, which we celebrated my grandmother's birthday together. We then goes to Plaza Singapura, where we went shopping and took pre-hallowen photos at Carrefour Hallowen Dept. Later adter that, we have our dinner @ Basil Alcove. After dinner, we decided to chill out at TCC @ Selegie, where it's the place when we have our very 1st date. We took funny pictures, loving loving pictures together. We talked and laughed throughout the session.















Mm hope nothing will break our relationship, as we both really enjoy this feeling. After all these happy times, this had really made me love her more.

Our 1st home... Finally

My girlfriend and I had juz recently booked a HDB unit at Fernvale Vista Phase 2, Sengkang. It had always been our dream in getting one, and we have finally fulfil it.

Actually all aren't quite smooth, from applying to getting a queue number to seeing a 'fengshui' master to booking. It all started when I saw an email from HDB tell me that there's Build To Order House at a location where it's near both my gf parent's house (Anchorvale), my gf god-parent's house (Seletar) and my parent's house (S'goon Nth). I was very happy to break the good news to my gf, but she seems not interested at first. I kept emphasizing that it's at a location very convenient to all the 3 above mentioned places, then she started to get interested. But as she need to get approval from her parent, therefore we're quite late when we apply.

When we get our queue number in July, I was very disappointed. My gf's cousin got queue number 16, but we got 208! Her cousin nice gesture of offering his number to us but was not allowed by HDB deeply disappoint me. I kept telling myself, it's all heaven's will, even though I'm a free thinker. (deceving myself...)

The worst part was, when we consulted my gf godfather's friend, who's a fortune teller. Frankly speaking, I dun believe this type of stuff, but as my gf mentioned before that we may consider consulting one, so we went all the way to consult him after our long day shopping. When we showed him our sitemap, he directly tell us that we can only get two specific blocks, and lagi worst, only on the 8th, 9th and 10th floor of these two blocks after juz asking us our chinese horoscopes. I was quite unsatisfied with the answer, but had to go with it. Both of us had chosen a dream unit each, out of the miserable two blocks & three floors of course. But on the 2nd day, both units were snapped up, and greatly affect my emotion. (There goes my temper, so pity my bao bei... Sorry dear)

But things got better when my friend's friend told me that a Thai monk told him that actually which are the good blocks, which doesn't fully match with wat the fortune teller told us. So I was happy and tell my gf, wat the monk actually said, which greatly change her mindset and doubting the fortune teller. But than when we're at HDB Hub @ Toa Payoh to select, both of us actually was so childish to choose the unit number by playing scissors, paper, stone. (Damn childish sia, how old liao... ke ke) As I lose, I had to give in to her, which she chose 20th floor, which was not actually not my favourite floor. When the lady was about to finalise my application, she mentioned to my gf that we're actually sharing the same level with the 2-room and 3-rooms, which has made my gf reconsider her decision. As 4-rooms will stand-alone from 23rd floor onwards, she couldn't make decision and wanted me to make my decision in the end, which I've chosen the highest floor, which was 27th floor!

Well dun feel envy, as I believe dat I'm purely lucky to able to get this unit on this floor. Hope I'll be able to watch fireworks from my unit in 5 years time, with my wife-to-be of course!

P.S. It's my lucky unit, I strike toto while betting the unit number!

LOVE IS BEAUTIFUL

Love is always beautiful. You'll always get to hold each other hands, kissing each other lips, sharing each other jokes and much more. We must always cherish each other, and cherish the good times together, as life is always unpredictable.


Take for example my relationship, even though there may be bad times, where we'll quarrel over small and big matters, we'll still make-up in the end by apologizing to each other. We do not take each other apologies for granted, as we always learn from our quarrels, and we'll always try not to make the same mistake again. It may sound silly or stupid, but this is the best way to maintain a relationship, and no point to cry over a spilled bean when relationship turn sour if you do not hear my advice.


To maintain a relationship doesn't means it a must to go for seminar talks, as one should only depends on yourself to maintain it. Do not try hard-headed with each other, as this will worsen the relationship more. Always try to surprise each other by giving flowers, small gifts or even chocolates/ candies, as these will make each other closer. Go for a movie during weekends, try talk to each other's ear softly, this will sweeten your relationship. Holding each other's hand while strolling along the beach or in the park, count the stars together, admire the beauty of the moon together, watching sunset or sunrise together, and if possible, hug and kiss each other, your love one will surely appreciate you like you appreciate him/ her.


Relationship is not created within a day, it's like a wall; to be built brick by brick. And if the wall is strong, no matter how heavy the rain is and no matter how strong the wind will be, it'll not be knock down easily.

Italian Food, Hawker Center prices

I've got a place where you can eat Italian food @ a cheap price, no GST, no CESS and very good service. This place I call it mini Italy, Basil Alcove.

@ Basil Alcove, you can get to eat quite a lot of delicious food like, Duck Liver, Pork Knuckles, Mix Mushrooms, Caesar Salad, Chicken Avocado, Bratswurst Sausages w/ Mashed Potatoes, Mix Mushroom Pasta in Spinach Cream, Mushroom & Bacon Aglio, etc. Sorry, can't list out the whole menu, please check it out there as they change their menu quite often.

Highly recommended are Bratswurst Sausage w/ Mashed Potatoes, Caesar Salad and Duck Liver. My girlfriend who dun eat livers was amazed by the taste of the Duck Liver and she had a bigger portion then me! All this foods you may find it in some local Italian Restaurant, but the price will be quite costy, so why not give it a try here?

Our 4th year

Me and my girlfriend, Carrine had been together for 4 years. Throughout our years, there's laughters and joy, and there's also sad times. But whenever we quarrel, we'll make-up as we find we really can't live without each others.

Somehow lately, my girlfriend was talking about our marriage, which she intend 2 years later. I was gapsing for air at that critical moment, I'll be losing my carefree life soon! But after some thinking, I find that I should really give her a title, even though we're of the same surname.

I really enjoy my life with her, and hope it'll be forever...
